The World Championships is getting closer day by day, some of the athletes will focus on their training until the Worlds and some of them will try to sharp their techniques at the Grand Slam in Tyumen.

Team confirmation for the Worlds is released by every different federation every other day.

Strong Mongolian team is confirmed, led by current U60kg World Champion Boldbaatar Ganbat who was the only medalist at the last World Championships in Chelyabinsk for Mongolia. The biggest surprise is to see former World Champion 31-year-old Tsagaanbaatar Khashbaatar registered U66kg division. Khashbaatar so far competed in U60kg, U66kg, U73kg, U81kg

The team of nine men and nine women will represent Mongolia in Astana at the end of the August.
